We want you to be confident in choosing Coworkcodesign. This policy explains when refunds are available across our SEO, digital marketing, website development, and AI automation plans.
Refund Eligibility
- Requests made within 7 days of an initial purchase, before meaningful work has begun, are eligible for a full refund
- For ongoing plans (SEO, Digital Marketing, AI Automation), unused months remaining in a prepaid term may be refunded on a prorated basis, minus any work already completed or ad spend already committed
- For Website Development projects, refunds are prorated based on project milestones already delivered (e.g. design approved, development completed)
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as ad spend, domain registration, or paid software/licensing fees
- Work already completed and delivered, including live campaigns, published content, and completed development milestones
- Custom or bespoke work explicitly marked as non-refundable in your proposal
How to Request a Refund
Email sales@coworkcodesign.com with your name, the service or plan purchased, and the reason for your request. We'll review your account and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by replying to our response with additional context. We aim to resolve every request fairly and promptly.
